At Nixon Hire we take health and safety very seriously; that of our employees, our customers and the general public at large.
 
That is why we subscribe to the highest standards possible at all times, adhering to our written Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and ensuring that every employee is trained to the highest level. Each member of staff is made aware of their responsibilities for their own health and safety and that of other people.

We encourage all staff to report all incidents and near misses which are in turn investigated and necessary action is taken to avoid reoccurence. We analyse incidents and accidents monthly and report across the company as we continually seek to reduce accidents in the workplace.
 
Your Safety Is Our priority Campaign
 
‘Your Safety is our Priority’ is Nixon Hire’s Health and Safety campaign, aimed at raising awareness, in the workplace, of the dangers of our industry. More details about this campaign can be found here
 
Our responsibility does not end there. As part of our Quality system, the company’s Health and Safety procedures are audited on a regular basis to ensure that staff comply with procedures and that their actions meet the requirements of current regulations and Codes of Practice.
